Privacy notice
Last updated 17 October 2026. This notice covers this website, the private demos we prepare at demo.hashfox.pro and our client area at app.hashfox.pro.
- 1Who we are. Hashfox, a software studio. We decide how the data described here is used. Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp +355 67 644 1606.
- 2What we collect when you contact us. What you type into the form or send us by email or WhatsApp: your name, business, email, phone, website, what you need and your message. If you use the short form next to the project chat, that is your name, the phone number or email you leave and what you had typed. With a form we also record the time, your IP address, the country it resolves to and your browser type, to stop spam and abuse, and where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), an ad click number if there was one, the page you arrived on and the site that sent you. That tells us which of our pages and ads work.
- 3Project requests. If you use "Tell us about your project", you sign in with Google first. Google sends us your name, your email address and an account number that identifies you; we get no password and no other Google data. We keep what you write in that chat, the pictures you add and the phone number if you give one, to reply to your request and prepare an offer. An AI service provider in the United States processes your messages to help turn them into a short summary. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Chats you do not send are deleted after 7 days; a request you send is kept like any other enquiry (see How long).
- 4Why, and on what basis. To reply to you about the work you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps you ask for before a contract. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
- 5Demos we send you. A private demo uses only public information about your business, such as your logo, colours and products from your website. Demo pages are not indexed by search engines. Anything you enter into a demo is test data; tell us if you want it removed.
- 6Clients. If you become a client, we keep the account, project, ticket, chat and invoice records needed to deliver the service and meet tax rules. The data inside the software we build for you belongs to you; we process it only on your instructions, under the agreement we sign with you. The assistants in the client area use the same AI service provider in the United States to read and prepare what you ask them for.
- 7Where it is kept. On our own servers. Traffic to our sites passes through Cloudflare, whose Web Analytics counts visits for us without cookies and without identifying you. Email is handled by Google; the emails our client area sends go out through Resend (in the EU). New requests reach us as a Telegram message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps your light or dark preference in your own browser, a language cookie when you choose a language, and a sign-in cookie when you use the project chat.
- 8How long. Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted after 24 months, or sooner if you ask. Client records: for the length of the agreement, then as long as tax law requires.
- 9Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, a restriction, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Albania the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al); in the EU, your national authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
