Terms of service

- 1Who we are. Hashfox, a software studio in Tirana, Albania ("we"). "You" is the business that subscribes.
- 2The service. A monthly subscription in which we build and change software for your business on request: websites, online shops, web and mobile apps, business systems, integrations and automations. The plan also covers running what we build for you: hosting, your domain, HTTPS, daily backups, security updates and monitoring.
- 3Requests. You can add as many requests as you like. We work on one request at a time, in the order you choose. You send requests in your client area, where each one has its own chat with the studio.
- 4Delivery within 48 hours. Each request reaches a preview within 48 hours. A larger request is split into parts, and each part reaches a preview within 48 hours of the previous one. The 48 hours count from the moment the request is clear and we have what we need to start (for example texts, pictures or access to another service), and do not include weekends or Albanian public holidays.
- 5Who can use it. Up to 3 people from your business can send requests. There is no limit on how many of your staff or customers use the software we build for you.
- 6Your approval. Every change is shown to you on a preview first. Nothing goes live until you approve it. If something is wrong after a release, we roll it back.
- 7Price and billing. The plan costs €1,490 per 30-day cycle, paid in advance. This is a founding price: you keep it for as long as your subscription runs without a break. Prices are shown without VAT; where VAT applies, it is added to the invoice.
- 8The first week is free. Your first 7 days cost nothing. If you cancel within those 7 days, you pay nothing. Otherwise, your first paid cycle starts on day 8.
- 9No contract, cancel anytime. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your client area or by writing to us. The plan then ends at the end of the cycle you have paid for. The current cycle is not refunded.
- 10What is yours. The software we build for you, your domain and your data belong to you. When your plan ends, we hand over the code and your data, transfer the domain to you free of charge, and agree with you a date to switch off our hosting.
- 11Not included. Costs charged by other companies for services your software uses, such as SMS or email sending, paid APIs, app store accounts, payment provider fees or paid plugins: you pay these directly, or we pass them on at cost after asking you. Very large platforms that need several developers working in parallel are quoted separately.
- 12Your part. You give us the information, content and access we need, and you make sure you have the right to use the content and data you give us. You use the software lawfully.
- 13Availability. We keep your systems backed up, updated and monitored, and fix problems as fast as we can. We cannot promise that a service will never be interrupted, for example when a hosting or network provider fails.
- 14Liability. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
- 15Your data. How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice. We process the data inside your software only on your instructions.
- 16Changes. If we change these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
- 17Law. These terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes go to the courts of Tirana, unless the law of your country gives you a different right.
